Moda Bake Shop - Trifle Dish Sew Along

trifle-dish-button I'm a little late in sharing this with you, but Moda Bake Shop has started a sewing challenge this week.  They asked us "Chefs"s to use our favorite pre-cuts and design a block to make up a row quilt.  The blocks are sweet as can be and Oda May picked her favorites to layer together in a wonderful project that they are calling the Trifle Dish Quilt.

Below are all of the details that can be found at Moda Bake Shop.

Each post in the Trifle Dish Sew-Along includes instructions to make the block shown with fabric requirements for that block and row.  Instructions typically include options for using a few of our different pre-cuts.  The Trifle Dish Quilt was designed to be scrap-friendly and to allow you to combine your favorite Moda Fabrics collections.  Our version of the Trifle Dish Quilt is made using Storybook by Kate and Birdie, Mirabelle by Fig Tree and Co., and basics from the Moda Dottie line.

Here is the Trifle Dish Quilt Sew-Along schedule:

My layer will be posted tomorrow!  You should check out the first two layers, both of them are adorable.  I'm not sure with my current schedule that I'll be able to complete my Trifle Dish Quilt in time for the final link up, but I can assure you that I will make one, and hopefully this year :)
So, head on over to the Moda Bake Shop and check it out.
