W.I.P. Wednesday {2.13.13}
It seems as though I have a million project ideas floating around in my head at the moment. I think it's time I update my list and prioritize a bit more. If only there were more hours in the day! I was able to spend some time sewing with friends on Saturday and finished my February Lucky Stars BOM. Sometimes when I sew with friends I talk too much and don't pay enough attention and thus end up pulling out the seam ripper ;-) I had to do that with this block, but it finally ended up looking pretty awesome.
Here are my two blocks so far. I'm really liking how this is coming together. Now I can hardly wait for the March block!
I also made some progress on my triangle quilt. I have eight rows sewn together now, with at least 5 more to go. I LOVE how this is shaping up. I'm also already a bit stumped on the quilting. Let me know if you have any thoughts/suggestions!
And as I said, since I have a million projects floating around in my head, I started a new one last night. We needed some new placemats for our kitchen table that weren't holiday or seasonal themed, so I got to work on these.
I'm hoping I can finish them up pretty quickly and get back to the regularly scheduled programming in my head :)
How has your week been, are you making any progress?
