Star Charms Table Runner

This cute table runner is such a fun and quick project to whip up in a day. Star Charms is made using pre-cut 5” squares or charm squares and a small amount of background fabric.

By the way, it is so difficult to get good photos of a table runner! I did my best, but couldn’t quite get the full length of the runner in one photo. Here are some shots to show how cute this turned out.

Star blocks always look great in red, white and blue and these blocks are no different. I especially love the sweet white background print from the Fireworks Fields collection. The below photo really showcases the cute details in these prints and the fun circle quilting design I used.

And the gingham binding is the perfect finishing touch.

Here’s a sketch of the full table runner that finishes at 13.5” x 67.5”. Just one charm pack or (40) 5” squares from your scrap bins along with background fabric will give you a total of (5) star blocks.
